Douglas County Libraries has an independent contractor opportunity available for a Part-Time GED Examiner. The individual selected for this position will conduct GED examinations through the Douglas County Libraries GED Testing Center, and interface with GED candidates and library staff. The GED Examiner will maintain accurate records and GED testing supplies; ensure test security precautions and testing protocols are followed according to GEDTS and the Colorado Department of Education requirements; transport GED testing supplies from the Literacy Department office to satellite testing sites in Douglas County; administer GED tests and score GED tests using an online database; register GED candidates, and answer questions about GED testing.
